Did order Ichon by them from the website 500 mg - 5ml for $26.49. Find out today at was just 100 mg - 5ml. Did call, just to find out, from the lady of the friendly way, that at is 5ml. LOL nice to get screwed. Bad, Bad, that was a big scam.

Wonderful store! They were very knowledgeable about dogs and their food needs. I highly recommend this store for all your doggie needs. Mine are happily chewing on their bones as we speak

One of the few companies that makes it a priority to ship correct items and gets them to you fast.
I got everything but the clipper blades, which are on backorder, quickly and accurately. I was informed that the clipper blades weren't in stock when I put them in my cart, so I had the chance to look elsewhere for them if I needed them quickly, but I don't. I've always received good service from Valley Vet.

The two bottles of fly spray concentrate arrived in rough condition. The bottles leaked into the ziplock bag making a mess. Tape was wrapped around the cap, but unfortunately the tape did not extend to the neck of the bottle. Wish I could purchase this item locally so as to not have to deal with this shipping mess, but unfortunately no one locally carries this product.
They sell defective syrInges! BE CAREFUL ITS CAN STUCK IN YOUR DOG SKIN! ON THE PHONE SHE TOLD ME THEY HAVE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY! HOW DO YOU WANT ME TO TRY ALL 4 BOXES WITH SYRINGES FOR 30 DAYS?
